These rock sliders were designed specifically for the Polaris Ranger XD 1500 Crew, because a machine this capable deserves protection that keeps up.
Fabricated from 1.75" diameter, .095 wall DOM steel tubing and bolted directly to the frame, they deliver real impact defense where the XD needs it most: the lower doors, side panels, and underside edges that take the worst abuse on the trail, in the timber, and across rough pasture.
No drilling. No modification. Bolt on and go.
Why Steel Tubing
Plastic sliders deflect by sliding over obstacles. That works, until it doesn't.
Our 1.75", .095 wall DOM steel tube construction takes the hit so your frame doesn't. When you clip a stump, catch a rock shelf, or push through tight timber, these sliders absorb and protect instead of flexing and hoping for the best.
The integrated step plate gives you a solid, flat surface for entry and exit, which matters when you're getting in and out of the cab dozens of times a day on a hunt or a long day working the property.

Fitment
Specifically designed for the Polaris Ranger XD 1500 Crew (2024+).
This is not a universal slider. The mounting points, tube geometry, and step placement are built around the XD 1500 Crew's frame dimensions. That means a clean fit with no gaps, no wobble, and no compromise on ground clearance.

Installation
Bolts directly to the factory frame using the included hardware. No drilling, no cutting, no welding. Standard hand tools are all you need.

Finish Options
Choose the finish that fits your build:
Black powder coat - Clean, durable, UV-resistant. Matches most XD 1500 builds straight out of the box.
Tan/Sand powder coat - Pairs well with camo wraps, earth-tone builds, and hunting rigs that need to blend, not stand out.
Raw metal (no powder coat) - For builders who want to match an existing color, apply their own coating, or run it bare.
