Thumb-screw-actuated grip stabilizer allows 360° rotation. Heavy-Duty Base system provides secure mounting orientations for flat surfaces or 3/4″ – 2″ round tubing. Works best on ATVs, UTVs, Trucks, Trailers, Garage and Boats. (2) Heavy-Duty retaining straps included. Straps have reinforced shoulders and connection points.
